only 3 active guilds
no teammate in TA unless you make another 2 character to accompany you lol

What is needed to get a merger on a server. There are only two active Alliance left on the server. And under 15 players at the World Boss. if wondering the server is Balam 449.

And the most I think our GMs can say is that Balam 449 is not an R2 server.
