  • How to file a ticket

    We have an updates on our Browser so this is how to file a ticket...

    1st go to our support http://www.r2games.com/support/

    After you submit and when devs will receive it wait for the reply of your code on your official email that you provided during your filling up on forms. . . That code will be used if you want to follow up your submitted reports. .

    I've tried for 3 days now to submit a ticket. It's not working I never get an email, so no ticket number.

      i try to file it.. 3x today.. but atm... theres no reply...
      ...stop changing who you are for people who don't even know themselves...

        i file a ticket again and again.. where is the reply? havent got any mail from r2...

        I never regret the things that I did wrong...
        But I regret the good things that I did for the wrong people .. T_T

              I have filed tickets as well, due to multiple issues....no emails as well....using both my GMail and Optimum email accounts. I have checked the spam folders, everything. I usually get promotional emails from R2Games on both accounts with no problem.

                Help me please...
                I sent a ticket at 17:50 (and took a pic) but i'm still waiting for the mail with the link which I need follow.
                It's about my password.

                ==> I just see my "start afk" button at training grounds and this is grey and is not working. This is the first time I see it but my guild leader told me she have the same problem. Tyvm

                  take it easy guys when the devs receives your forms they will reply you with your ticket code. For now since we have a bit busy on fixing some major stuff all of you will be entertain and compensated just we need your full understanding and patience. . . thank you

                    Yes, you are right. I can understand you, as a Mod you need put a filter. And I am sure you are a good Mod.
                    But... that sounds like my problem is not important...
                    It hurts.
                    This is important to me.
                    Well, maybe I misunderstood, my english is not the best lol

                      I hope u are telling the truth, because 5 tickets later, and only standard ** responses. Getting a bit tired of waiting for a normal response.

                        First ticket response is we are working on it this was back in month of May? waited gave them time.. still not fixed problem! Let's see also most response is working on it
                        or forwarding to GM. but what i find interesting here we are in July a full 3mo. and problems never been fixed. so as for ticket system i shrug and put little faith in it.
