    i have submitted a ticket to all of my accounts... I did this on day 1 of the event... here we are on last day and I have YET to even receive an email response that you received my ticket information or that the problem is being addressed. So my question is... Is this being taken care of or do I have to waste more of my time to submit new tickets again and hope I get a response?

    So,instead of just giving everyone the shards as a simple fix,you are asking everyone to send screenshots and stuff and then have one or more R2 employees to wade through and fix,yup,real cost efficient there bud!!

    I have to ask you to please send a ticket with that same information and screenshot.

    If you don't remember your character name or can't put in char name please use this: http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&for=account

    For most of you though, please use the ticket link in my signature. (If you have sigs shut off please use this link: http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&ticket_type=7)

    1. Once you reach the ticket page in any case choose shadowbound
    2. *this is where it differs* if you know your character name and have this issue, enter it please (if you don't remember it or can't enter it due to special symbols, please use the 2nd ticket form)
    -----From here on is where things are pretty much the same------
    3. Send it under the Event issues subcategory
    4. Subject: First Day Missing Check In Rewards
    5. Body: The info in these posts
    6. Upload that screenshot to the ticket
    7. Enter Captcha
    8. Send Ticket

    (NEW - for those who don't know how) - How to take a screenshot and post it to forum:

    1. Use print screen key on keyboard (should say prnt sc/prt scn or any arrangement of letters like that)
    2. Open up paint
    3. Paste screenshot in paint
    4. Save screenshot as a jpg file (as saving as png could cause difficulties with posting the pic on forum)
    5. Post screenshot in ticket using the uploader on the ticket form

    Or better yet just give everyone the imp shards. when this happened last month everyone got the ghost shards in pm. Why bother doing all this when you already know that's its happening? all my servers has "missed" on the 1st collect, just like last month. S79, s80, s90, s67. Since this also happened last month obviously nothing is getting fixed. j/s
