Leveling Up but Can't because of Fortitude

I've been having a problem with leveling up but it says I need to level up my fortitude up to level 175 before being able to level up to level 50. When I do go to do that, it says I cannot upgrade my fortitude anymore than my current level. This has been going on for several months and I've submitted several tickets through then, but nothing has been fixed. Is there anything else I could so or must I switch to another server and try there? And has anyone else had this problem or is it just me?

are you just filling one orb or all of them to the max level? please show a screen shot so I can see what you are working with

Fortitude levels can only go as high as your current level. so if you're trying to level 1 beyond level 49(your current level im assuming) then it simply wont let you.
