How does one acquire the special sylphs not gotten from the atoll ? and is the any shop that sells the divinity shards .....cards or whatever is needed to get them ? I know one of them is the hades....not sure what others are called >

Apollo and Hades (Evolved forms: Aegis and Athena) are not available in the sylph atoll. These generally can only be won from event chests (Apollo was recently available for balens in an event). Divinity shards are obtained in the same events where apollo or hades can be obtained.
However this event now has divinity shards with them.

They give you AOEs incase your class lacks them
They support the team with buffs, heals,debuffs and such
