Socketing Rod .Using it wisely

So ive been playing a spinoff to Wartune lately basically its the Southeast Asian one which mostly consist of GMT+8 servers and over there the Socketing Rods are at 50 balens each .And here is much more expensive 185 balens is there any guide to use it properly so i wont have to spend so much money on it?I mean ik with alittle luck u can get it from somewhere in Wartune c: but i just wanna know what tips u guys have on using Socketing rods when i need to

It really depends on how you play.

If you are a camper, you socket the set that you will be using for a long time.

If you are not a camper, chances are, you'll be L80 before you know it. You'd want to socket the best set that you'll be using for a long time (probably L70, but it really depends on how fast you can get the L80 set). Also, be warned that changing the L70 set to the L80 set will eliminate the sockets.

You'll also want to save a few socket rods for the artifact and halidom, but upgrading those don't remove the sockets, so go nuts.

Mind you, I have never had a problem with socket rods. I have 25 in my inventory and I have a fully opened L80 set and artifact and halidom. Never bought a single one ever.

I agree with adajames. Socket the set you'll use for a long time. Also try to not move on to the next set until you have enough socketing rods to fully socket it.

Man lucky you. I'm always spinning the guild wheel but can never seem to get any rods.

You can get them not just from the guild casino. I think I actually got most of mine from Underground Palace. That is a fairly rich source of rods and crypt keys.
