refining level 70 sets

Hey there!
I'm just levelled lv70 and got all of the set without level up,thus they can't plunt me.But I have a problem.I can't refine lv 70 items,Is there a way to get those refiment crystals?

If u want refinement crystals you have two ways to do that.

1. Buy them from shop with balens.
2. Keep all cristaloids u get from multi player dungeon, synth more piece of 70s gear , recycle them in blacksmith = get refine crystals.
