How do you know? I doubt that I would even notice a 7% gain in HP during a battle with crit numbers flying and everything else. 7% of my 1.9+m total HP is approx 133k, a relative drop in the ocean. It would be nice though if instead of using the phrase "a chance" that Wartune actually put a % prediction to it, but they dont. They neglect to do that with many of their skills and buffs and lets face it - once you hit KnightHood all those talents fly out the window, along with the skills to which they are attached.
