we got events in hot events for br king, guild and so on its says event lock 12-4-12-5 dose this mean all br and stuff is done at 2359 on 12-3 or is it done 2359 on 12-4 dont know if 12-4-12-5 is collection or end of things that count toward them thank you for any help

You have until end of the day on the 26th day after server launch to do what you can for the event. On the 27th day, you will then claim any rewards you qualified for.
