Is it possible for players who enter the game through FB gameroom to interact with players who enter through the client, when on the same server? ie: both gameroom player and client player are on S261 server

There's two different publishers. The one using the Gameroom would need to look at who provides the game, or click on a support link, to see if it goes to us or to ProCity.
