i dont know how to or where to get "Mysterious Resource". Can someone assist me?

Right now if you check your quest log and "event quests" you will see that to get Mysterious Resource requires you to reset the mystery shop five times. The mystery shop is in your city and it costs 45 balens to reset. You can do that quest once per day to get Mysterious Resource.
