Bats or Crow flying around when you win

I have seen if another player win there are bats flying around him/her.
Wonder how its done..
anyone knows it will be good for me to know..

I'm Cupcaked ! My Account got hacked and some cupcaker sold every thing. Blah !!!
and R2 Not helping with restoring the account. Sweet, This is what i put tons of money here .
