You have to clear all the areas on the map. You may not have access to some of the areas yet because you haven't attained the level needed to do the campaign. Some areas are grayed out until you reach that level. Once you have cleared ALL the areas (the grayed out ones will be accessible once you have reached the correct level for that campaign), you will then get the rewards in the mail.Death comes when you hear the Banshee..... -
