Battle Field Guide

My thought's on Battle Ground are as follows and my opinionated statements :P

I will start by telling you about the battle gounds, it is a 15v15 PvP map. The goal of the Battle is to acquire the most resources the Fastest.

Battlefield Opens up to players at level 30. and there are two different maps.
-Map #1 is for Players in the level range of 30-90
- Map #2 is for Players in the level range of 40-80

There are thre types of resources that are able to be Gathered

-Superior resources: gives 30 starpoints, 3 battlefield chest pieces, and three Honor points.
- Normal Resources: gives 20 starpoints, 2 battlefield chest peices, and two Honor Points
- Inferior Resourses: gives 10 Starpoints, 1 battlefield chest peice, and one honor Point.

The Resource field lays between the opposing teams in the center of the map. On the way to the resource fields you will see your gaurds of the keep. This are very strong Boss lvl Mobs. you have to be very well equiped to take one out. you do acquire star points and honor from fighting them, even if you lose.

While making your way to the resource quarry you are able to attack players with or without a cart, From the opposing team of course. The Battle is set up Just as duel. Except the other player is actually doing the skills. Also, after winning a battle the rage acquired from the previous fight remains until the next fight. Just like in Campaign Mode, or MP mode.

If you are low on health you can use 200 Starpoints the replenish health to 100% But be aware using the 200 star points will drop your ranking.

I have done two battles so far and won both times. the reward for myself was 80 Insignia, and 90 Honor. the honor acquired while fighting remains. As it is said in the other thread you do not lose honor until you reach level 3 in the title. So feel free to attack the strongest person to weaken them so one can take him out eventually

Pots, and scrolls ect are not able to be used in the Battlefield. so the battle is just as even for the guys with a lot of crpyt tokens and gold as to the guys with none.

I know, people will say but the "cashers" always win. Of course they do, they invested money and time in the game to be good. and Expect them to remain that way. but you also are able to be just as good in time.

My overall thoughts on the Battlefield is superb! it was very enjoyable and Lag FREE. this was a great idea for the people who can not make arena at the regular time. you are still able to make 180 Insignia(from what i have earned winning two matches) earning said insignia at a later time, one that may be more convient for you. This was a great idea by the Devs.

Collecting resources, it's best to escort the "collectors" if the opposing team are a little tougher than you. you can do this two ways, run without resources until the collector is within the gaurds aggro range. Or collect resources yourself and run ONTOP of the other guy, there is a 50/50 chance u will be picked. and Get the extra honor and star points from the kill if you so happen to win.

I do not know what happens if you lose a battle for i only lost one, and thats because i went afk to answer the door, ( Pizza ) yummy!

the faster a team collects 5000 Resources wins.

You can see the honor needed for the next rank on the UPDATED stats page, the honor number you see is what is needed for the next title/rank.

Also, the Battlechest rewards i do not know yet. i only acquired 59/60 in tonights two battles. if anyone has received the rewards feel free to reply to this thread/post.

this is a very entertaining element added to the game which i have heard no complaints about as of now.

I really like the battlegrounds. ended up getting enough for a Battleground Chest and got a Level 3 Crit Gem out of it. Not bad i must say. Just wish someone knew how much honor it was to rank up. On the stats page, the Honor number listed is not the amount of honor needed to increase rank as i have completed 2 days of BG and the number has risen both times. So, that number has to be the total accumulated honor, not how much is needed to raise to next rank as the description states.

Either way, I really enjoyed BG and look forward to competing for many days to come.

I didn't copied you, I jsut didn't had the lvl and looked everywhere and only you had said something about it. As for plagia, we could all be accused of such since we all say the SSAME thing, it's guide for the SAME thing. It is made to HELP those that need it, not simply for reward. If you did it just for that, then it's your problem. Disqualify me if you want, I did it to help as much as for the reward.

Hmm, I havent played the battle ground yet, but aren't maps #1, and #2 a little bit too high tiered for their levels? I mean 30-90, when someone actually reaches that high and they enter battlefield, wouldn't it be a little unfair?

man i am SOOOOOO glad that you commented. i didnt see the mistake i had made.. and from that i have noticed that "'Nephtysia " Has indeed copied my guide for the most part and should be disqaulified from any rewards. it is actually lvl 30-39 not lvl 30-90 as i mistyped.

as i said, Nephytysia should be disqaulified from rewards due to him in his activities of Plagiarizing

If by scrolls, you mean runes, I was able to use them during the duel. And I also had a power pot on also, unless you mean HP pot.

Also if u were able to use them, report it. as they are not supposed to be able to be used.

By scrolls i mean scrolls from crypt shop, or the ones looted from Altar wheel

i'm curious as to which is the better way to gain honor? is it better to just plain farm the crystals or just keep on killing and using 200 pts to heal when you almost dead and go back to keep on killing? any ideas thoughts on it?

If you think you are fit to kill everyone in the battlefield and can withstand against all of them why not for killing? Its 25 honor each.

If the situation is a So.. So.. better be a quick farmer

Very fun feature. I like that even if a player is much stronger than you, you can still kill them if their HP has been lowered enough. It evens the playing field, so to speak.

But the worst part is when the MvP of your opposing team is a Mage, they don't die they just keep healing.

I won 2 rounds, was MvP and had 500 honors as of the moment. It's cool to be a killer than a farmer of those resources. Gives more honor 25 each kill
