maybe you will get in the next patch
its a blessing wheel, u use it every 2 hrs or so and it can grant buffs to you for limited time plus other stuff.
hope we see it in the next patch

Are you aware that once the market comes out almost everyone will be able to purchase items requiring balens. The market here is made so non-cashers can get balens from cashers.
