u can regain them through Via cultivation of stamina in altar or by stamina potions which are available through quests and Guild blessings also u regain 100 stamina points everyday after server reset
if ur talking about stats stamina then that is ur endurance meaning ur HP this word is used only for guild skills so stamina usually means the regen stamina okLearn the search function and use the search function help r2 by reducing the threads which might have already been posted

Hyorinmaru6 is right and in addition to where you get your stamina, you can regain them by going to the altar of ennoblement.
