as we all know, the biggest problem with wartune is the lag that accumulates until you reload
the basic solution is to reload the game and will be back to smooth gameplay
could the Developers integrate something on the Wartune client that refreshes the game in a similar manner of "exiting and reopening the client"? if the whole process of exit and reopening a client takes 1-3 mins, then they will have to make a feature that does the same thing and will only take like 5-10s. A refresh button will be most fit for the process.
im sure players wont mind if their screen goes blank for 5-10s if it will remove the lag.
