As I said before, bans aren't discussed on the forum. It's something between the player and R2. I don't know what you're referring to with "3 day penalty for all he done?" and frankly I don't want to know either. If he's eligible for compensation is once again between the player and R2.
If you have any concerns about players being banned or unbanned, file a ticket. The forum is not the place for that.
