Mobile award from playing EZPZ for Wartunes

okay. Got the award. How the heck to I redeem my game code for the wartune prize? If it is in the mobile EZPZ game - Where is it?! If it is in the Wartunes game - Where is it?! They're not very helpful with this and I see no directions for the Code Redeemer area other than the single use one on the mainpage, which WON'T accept this prize code.

would love to know what server u where able to use it. none of the redeem codes work for 579 the new server....not the front page wartune one, or the mobile app one...whole server cant redeem.

This is an R2 promotion, to my understanding. I doubt the codes would work on Kabam.

my code didn't work, sent in ticket with screenshot but support said code should be working, so tried again today & still didnt work... says invalid code

Only usable on R2 servers.
Download Mobile game.
Do required Mobile stuff.
Log into R2 server Wartune game.
Go to Hot Events.
Click Events button at bottom of list.
Enter code.
Either it will work or it won't.
Be VERY SURE you copied it correctly and typed it EXACTLY as it appeared. (Copy and paste works, too, I think.)

That's it.

Go to wartune home page. Click generate code on the popup ad for the mobile games. click generate code again. click the wartune image. Should list prizes for that game. click other games to see other prizes awarded to those games, also.
