loading and black screen glitches

Every time I log on it starts with the Wartune logo in red and won't finish so I can't even do anything. It was also doing this every time I clicked on the Blacksmith. Also every time I enter any kind of battle I get a black screen all the time. Please help me because I can't do anything at all right now. Thanks

When will I get a response from a mod? I can't do anything till you guys fix these problems. An answer would be nice.
