Not getting sylph's essence

i have been trying to get the essece for the sylph's and im not receving them i know i have over 100 and started today to try to get the electo ones but still they arent there and i cant turn them in for sylph's i think they are not alowing some player not to recevie the items for quest and the hot items

You can find them in your inventory under the Profile tab...like you find your insignia or daru. hth

There is a sylph exchange NPC right next to the Atol entrance.If you talk to him,you will be able to exchange your essences for seals.
