I spent 160 dollars to recharge balens and could only get the epic spender events but wouldnt let me get the big spender so now im stuck with all these clothes and no big spender event for the fashion cores or charms what can i do to get my big spender event got proof of it by my email with recharge account shows date and my game mailbox still has the recharge event items still in their havent clicked them should have 29 days now left.

spend another $160 to collect on the other event is the most obvious answer...If you can't win, cash harder -
It should work, parallel spender events always work, make screenshot and send in a ticket to customer service.Comment

Just spent 50 balens on golden road, counted for both spender events. Maybe marriage is bugged?Comment
