Missing my Ballens

Hello GA´s and GM´s i have big problem!!!
Today at morning i lost my Ballens, a lot of Ballens. Yesterday before i came out of game i had 700+ ballens and 6000+ bound ballens. And today at morning i noticed that i have only 223 ballens and 330 bound ballens! So can me pls say where are my ballens??? Look please at your logs or i dont know where, but find out where are my ballens!!! I did not buy anything for ballens but they are away! I want my ballens back. So please help me. Thx
