just like the title said,when i log in today after awhile,i saw both of my character on wartune and loa got wiped out,and it stand as a new character.i just want to ask did you move my character to other server or you guys indeed wiped it out.because i used some cash on these toons so i just want some answers.

Are you sure you are logging into the right platform? Are you sure you are on the right server(s). When was the last time you tried to login? What was the server in question? What was the character name? Can you give us more information? As much information as you can give us the easier for us to help before we have to escalate things to a higher power.Always.. Always.. If both of your characters are gone, then you are on the wrong account. If you cannot find the account you are suppose to be on, please send in a ticket to http://support.r2games.com and ask for assistance. You may need to create a character on a server to send the ticket in with. You only need to send in one ticket, and you can choose which game you wish to send it under. Characters can't be deleted on either Wartune or LoA, so it's definitely an account issue. There's several ways that you can unintentionally end up on the wrong account when you are using facebook to log in with (I'm going to assume you are using facebook, as that's the more common of the social media login methods), but all of those ways do require support to assist you. The most likely senario is as MemoryLane suggested, you logged into the wrong account; however, there is only one way your characters can be deleted, and that was a server merge.
For the deletion to happen (in wartune) the character must meet (or below) all requirements as follows:
In order to avoid the loss of any character information, please refrain from making any new characters on these servers until after the merge has been completed.
To help with potential name conflicts, we will be removing unused characters that fit the following strict guidelines:
A character must not have logged in within the last 45 days.
Be under level 12 and their castle must be on the Twilight Coast.
Have no Balens.
Have no record of ever recharging.
