New server (recharge event)

Hey guys, i would like to know something.

As a new european server will be launched tomorrow, the Recharge event lasts for 9 days.

Does that mean the end will be at 23:59 at friday? or thursday or saturday?
I'm a bit confused.

when enter sever u will see exact time untill it finishes (i mean thre will be days+hours+mins in bottom of that event, so u can count)
