Maybe not, but saw a picture before showing lv9 scrolls drop at lv9. I got hyped cause I saw trans dropped at lv15, cause I have no lv10 gem trans. But right when I closed the blitz window I saw "lv9 hp trans".
Is this a bug in drop? or does is the scroll drop kinda "random" in purgatory?
