what exactly does that mean?



is it going to cost 3 unbound balens to refine mounts now? or are we earning 3 unbound balens for every time we do it?

I would like to know this as well. Maybe this has to do with a player that has been gone for a while, I do know that my guild just got bound balens for a player that has returned after being gone for a while.

Hopefully a mod will come in here and explain this.
