Aren't swear words censored thru chat. Meaning even if we try
to say **** it wont insert ****, but instead will insert something that looks like
that ...^^^.
That being said, why was I just warned by a R2Mentor, that my account could be closed due to swearing. Besides that, I thought we were all adults playing.

Upon creating any character in game, you agree to the Terms of Service. One of which is not using any profanity in chat. If you have been warned by a mentor, it means you have used such words during their time there, or someone has sent a ticket complaining. Yes there is a censor system in place, but as we all know, it is not perfect, and people can easily bypass it (although not recommended).

I would also like to note, we are 'not' all adults playing. There are in fact 'under age' players. Please keep this in mind.

In shorts, please re-read over the ToS if need be, and remember to stay respectful toward other players. We are all here to play a game, have fun, and let others do the same

funny, last night in arena I fought a guy whose sylph was named FU&%THIS. or something to that effect. and yes, the CK was also there. it was the complete word. I suppose he spent enough money to be allowed to use that name, huh?


and as for allowing underage players, does that mean Wartune has stopped advertising on porn sites for 18+ players?

actually...wartune was advertised as an adult only game...there are many many examples of ads out there that say exactly that...but hey...do we expect wartune to tell the truth??

This is a game site. If there was indeed an 18+ requirement, there would be a part of sign in where you would likely need to prove your age in some way (whether it be by credit card, tax number or identification). There is no part of sign in asking for Date of Birth. There is also nothing in the ToS stating any age requirement to play. I have heard of advertisements that state '18+', I have not seen myself, but like all advertising, it's a way to draw more customers in. On sites like facebook, there are different audiences and different types of advertising.

As far as swear words in Names, Sylph names, Eudaemon names and such go, please send in a ticket with a screenshot (and server number).

On another note, as far as playing games and having fun. It's always good when people can get along. Granted it's not always going to happen, there are likely to be some dramas at some part or another of the game. Being friendly towards others is always encouraged.
