I have over 2k crypt token right now ... I wanna get 2 items that cost 300 crypt tokens and it says that I dont have enough... can you please check into this asap please?

Crypt token can now be found under the "profile" tab in your bag.
If you have any in your inventory, click on them and select "use in bulk"
