need help regarding missing balens

i recharged 20k (2 x 10k ) the money is taken from my account and i still have to balens.

i sent ticket ( 323174 ) can anyone get the support team to look into it asap? trying to the 70k recharge pack to finally get my orange sylph

When did you sent your ticket? Also, Idk which recharge pack you are talking about...the only recharge pack that I'm aware of is the one that require you to recharge 500 balens or more...
