Level 0 Clothing

I have a set of level 0 wings that I can't do anything with any help in getting them fixed would be nice.

Silea, the level 0 wings are just that way. They can't be upgraded, only identified and recycled (for 5 shards). They can add to your stats through identification you, but you cannot use them to upgrade in clothing synthesis.
