Can't loot sylph essence and crypt tokens

It sais I received them but they don't show in the inventory. There might be other items i lose this way what do i do? Kathy -s209 (returning hero)

They crypt tokens and sylph essences will show up in your profile page. Crypt tokens are near the last page of those items. The sylph essences are near the first couple.

If you are still seeing them in your inventory, but unable to use them to buy things, you will need to click on them and then use them to send them to your profile page.
