Clothing bug

no idea as how to reproduce bug




logged into the game yesterday and noticed that all my clothing had been reset back to level 1, please check into this,
my clothing levels were as follows: weapon level 4, armor level 4, helm level 4, wings level 5

how do you get help in this game, I filed a ticket in January and have gotten no help yet, my ticket # is 478295, as I said before..... my clothes which I had synthesized to level 4: helm, weapon and armor, wings level 5 were reset to level 1 and would like to know how/why it happened as well as getting them restored to those levels, I spent a good amount of time and money getting them to where they were and would like someone to at least look into this please. Thank You
