Alot of players compains on Event details that they can reedem the codes, or they get the invalid code message error,. and no answer from MOD`s, or GM`s because they lack of them ,that`s the real truth. All of good people left them, and now only few people on WT team left.
I have tried today to reedem the code too, and no way to get it. I think in the near future this company will going down because they are the worst in players support and bug fixing. All they care is to milk money from players...like turks in my country, they dream only profits without any investments. Keep it like this and in maximum 1 year only CRM and GM`s will play your games. -
I'm not going to lie, I don't have any information on why the codes aren't able to be claimed by some people.
