Hello!

In S620 server is experiencing a problem with some accs. About four days some accs can not do World Boss. We solution to the problem.

* What levels are the characters experiencing problems?
* Is there an error message given?
* If so, please supply a screenshot of this message
* If not, what exactly happens (or doesn't happen)
* When did this start happening?
* Had these characters entered WB in the past?
* Is it both WB or just one?
* What are some character names experiencing this?

I think that should be enough to start with. We should be able to hopefully troubleshoot further using these answers
