recharge event pack mix up

On s651 the Mega Recharge Pack gives two Radiant Fleet Armor, Armor at 1k Balens & Armor again at 2k Balens.
Seeing as how previous events usually gives 1 piece of each for complete set at 10k balens recharge I think this is somehow a mistake.

if completing all the recharge stages doesnt give full set it is very little incentive as we dont get titles.
