Have you tried flash cache clearances? have you tried reloading the game and then the anniversary page to see if those helped any? Are you using Firefox, Chrome or an IE9+ browser? I know this has worked for a few people.. but if it is still having a period of refusing to work properly, as MemoryLane said you may need to submit a ticket.
