black screen in bi after defeating the mobs and as u supposed to go to boss

Only have one person attack the 4 monsters and boss. The other three just stay away and collect the rewards. After the boss starts getting hard for that one person then the remaining people can start attacking.

well the bug i get is that after killing the mob, when going to boss is somehow goes into afk mode. Showing me a frozen screen but party memebers telling me im using skills.

Seems to happen randomly, refreshing can reset it and make it go away for the rest of the fight.

had that happen to me a few times, seemingly at random, mostly fine, sometimes just black screens needing a refresh.
