Whence came this exp?

I want to know why all the characters are winning 10% of your exp bar every day without even having made a stop gain exp, and that for those who do not like leveling is bad because it does not choice but to wait one up to another lvl unintentionally climb level. mcz1533- Wartune R2 US East coast- Server 661

from what i have heard, stay logged in after reset, then refresh/logout - you wont get the 10% gain
