    Character gone on server 17 - US West

    Hi everyone,
    got problems with my character on Kongregate Server 17 - US West.
    After last maintenance when i log in it display window to create new character, but my character is gone.
    Thats realy bad, because i played with that character few years and i dont want to start from beginning.
    Can i get some help?

    I haven't heard of any characters disappearing after the change to the login portal. Are you sure you're logging in with the correct account and selecting the correct server?

    If you're sure you have everything right on your side, you will need to send in a ticket for assistance. You will find support links on the Kong Wartune page at the top of the screen and in game. Be sure to include your character name in your ticket.

      Thanks for reply.
      I have only one account on Kongregate and Wartune gives me my most popular server list. I allways used Server 17.
      I also sent a ticket four or five days ago, but no reply so far.
