I have tried everything suggested in the closed thread on this issue and not one of them worked. I even tried 4 different links which is sad that not a single one works. Guess I shouldn't be surprised by this.

I used the Support link at the top of the page (not the GM button, IT is still working on the GM button).
There will be no character name in the drop down. That's okay. You don't need to select a character name to send in a ticket. Do include your character name in the message part of the ticket. Account name, I put my Kabam account name, and same with the email. Support received my test ticket just fine.
