You're going to have to send a ticket in with as many screenshots showing this behavior as possible.

Don't feel bad. We've got some Brazilians who talk about us "gringos" when the server first came about on 632 US West. While it's sad on how some would do something like that, do send in a ticket and hope they will take care of the problem.

Sounds like a typical BG. It happens all the time in our server group.

2 ways of dealing with it either ignore it or don't go in there.

When they mouth off at me I usually tell them thank you or give them a thumbs up. Seems to take the wind out of their sails.

This is one of the many reasons why we want the chat off feature where we can just totally minimize/close out chat so we can concentrate on playing what is left of the game.
