Eudaemon lost Ring , how to claim it back ?

My Eudaemon lost a Ring that shouldnt be because it Fixed , you cant take it off . so how come my eudaemon lost the ring ? that is a mistery . Anyone can gave me a hint how
to get it back ? , mentor ?.

So far, it's the second person who is having an "invisi" eud equipment problem. Don't think anyone could un-equip Eud items as I had tried that before and won't remove.
