new Forum Look

Love the new look to forum but all the text in red really hurts the eyes making it difficult to read not to mention the onset of a migraine from it. Is it possible to use another color?

I'm not really sure of a color that won't look almost neon on this color background, but I'll forward that.

For me the text is all in light gray?

The only thing i've noticed is the sluggish loading of the forumpages, might be a bug? But overall i am very pleased with the new appearance of the forums since it got rid of the "hard to log in" bug. That was a thing for years and now it is solved.

There is a small tab, Bottom left 'Gradient', Click to change colors to a light back ground + darker lettering for easier viewing

Dam1an is talking about the announcement posts where the chosen color is red, and bold, which gives it an almost 3D appearance now.

Gradient theme is not stable, and not authorized. Use at your own risk. We just wanted to be able to see the forum, which can't be done at all areas with this color scheme.

Why is it there if its unauthorized + not stable? Although it does make seance though that r2 cant do anything right without putting bugs in it, just for fun, or consistency....

Th new look is clean looking. Although it is very slow at loading pages/post and replies. Also when i quoted you ML. It showed up in B&S, with my profile pic on your name, Is that a bug too?

B&S Bugs & Support
Just tried to upload a screenshot of it but i now cant anymore. I get system message '' Image resize failed due to your image library not having support for this image type".. Never had this problem before trying to upload ss to this forum,Tried to save in other formats, but forum system msge said '' wrong format ''.

I actually like that feature MemoryLane reason being lets say the mentor doesn't have the answer they can use it to notify someone who does. Any other new features?

Freddypainter Try a second time after you get the error. The database probably still needs to be adjusted. When I posted the wartune event image, I had to do the upload process twice.

Edotensai Haven't had much of a chance to play around with a lot. I played with the message center, which is interesting. The chat bubble by usernames opens an instant messager type box, which is neat when both people are on at the same time, but works the same as the regular inbox if both aren't.

Not 100% convinced in this new forum thread listing where it shows the quote-ed name in thread Over the person who is actually posting. Or After i posted this your name MamoryLane is still showing as last poster, If there is a quote in thread. Previously it was easier to see who was posting where and when. Also when you quote someone now it adds +0 to the reply tally. Rendering tally to post relevance/participation/interest when quick browsing redundant.

edit: Side note.. Cant Reply to 7th Anniversary thread to enter. Contest thread is closed to reply at moment.??
