Recharge window hides

I think this was an issue a long time ago for some, but it's a problem for a player in my guild on Wonderhill US West 13. When he click on the recharge window, it hides behind the game window and he can't access it. Minimizing the game screen still keeps it hidden. Popups are allowed. He uses Maxthon and has tried on Edge and Chrome with the same results. Any ideas?

I have the same problem, depending on which laptop and browser I'm using. Some are affected, some aren't, and I don't find any reliable pattern to it. On the rare occasions when I want to recharge, I just switch to one of the ones that works.
You'd think making sure the recharge function works would be top priority, so they might fix it if you submit a bug report.

You have to have the game pop-up on and need to move or min the game window to use the the recharge.

Yes, that is the problem. The recharge pop-up happens, you can see the corner of it, but minimizing the game window does not help. The recharge pop-up end up still behind the minimized window.

We need a screenshot showing that minimizing the game window does not help and a character name and server with the issue to be tested.

The server is Wonderhill US West 13, the character name is Vict. He is my game husband. I will let him know and have him try to take another screenshot. When we tried to get a screenshot, it minimized the game window and kept the pop up recharge window behind it and you were still not able to see it.... He uses Maxthon browser, but it occurs with Chrome, Edge and FF as well.

That would be a perfect screenshot. Just whatever shows you're not able to access the panel, so the team knows what they are looking for.
