yes i recharged $300 today and spent it, got 80 devil's code clothing shards from that that i cant use due to no exchange for them on Kongregate west server 1

That happened to me a couple months ago. If you submit a ticket with screenshots and they treat you same as they treated me, they'll take your useless event tokens and give you current event tokens roughly 1 month after you submit the ticket...Comment
