I have 474 Flags of Order, Smelting Stones and Wrathstones each require 300 Flags, but the buttons for Smelting Stones and Wrathstones are not enabled. Same for the Talent Stone button. I've attached a screenshot.

Some items in the hot event exchanges have limitations. Those items will have small numbers next to them.. be it a 1, a 2, a 10.. what have you. This means once you have redeemed the amount permitted you can not redeem for more of that item. So as MemoryLane asked, did you already claim this item/exchange for this item? If so that is why you can not exchange for more of it.Always.. Always.. Always be yourself.. unless you can be BATMENTOR! Then always be BATMENTOR muahahahahahahah!
