I've been having a repeated issue with the ticket system itself. Something in game breaks, I take screenshots and make a video if I can, submit a ticket with the info and the evidence and...nothing. No confirmation email, no ticket number, no acknowledgement at all. This has happened the last 3 times I've submitted a ticket. I do eventually get a response, but it is taking much, much longer than the "3 days" it says when I submit a ticket.
When I try to check status using the "ticket history" link, it loads a blank page that says "messages". That word isn't a link, clicking on it does nothing.
Its quite irritating. I'm using my time and my resources to gather the evidence to show them what is breaking in their game and they can't even be bothered to give me a ticket number? They can't even be bothered to respond within the promised 3 days?
For example, I submitted a ticket about a bug that has been happening in many places, the glitch where someone dies but is still fighting. I submitted ticket with video on 19 July. I finally got a response on 9 August. Want to know what the response said?
"We are terribly sorry for the late reply. If this issue continues, please kindly provide us an updated video."
That's basically saying that they're sorry for ignoring me, but will now do absolutely nothing with the information I gave them, but please feel free to go through this whole farce again at any time.
