Mount lvl display

I contacted support because I noticed my intellect mount training lvl was showing lvl 144/1130 with nearly 15k in stats and I do recall previously when it was lvl 680. Comparing it to another toon with around 14k intellect at lvl 680/1000. I myself believe this is a display error but support says no, it's not.

Based on the screenshots you're providing, it looks accurate. At 5 stat points per training level, intellect lvl 144 equals 720 intellect. The almost 15k in +stats has no bearing on the training level, as these stats come from activated mounts, refines, magic mounts. You could have a training lvl of 1 and still have the +15k stats.

But when I do training, those stats increase as does the level. So it does have something to do with it. At 15k per 145 levels with max lvl at 1,130 my intellect maxed would be 116k while the others are at 19k max lvl. It does equal 720 but that's because they are both incorrect. The + after 720 is from magic mounts, etc. The 15k intellect is from training which is how the level increases.

The white number is the total stats applied to your toon, which will increase with any increase done to anything in your mount panel.

That's out of the way, you said the training level is wrong. Are you saying you are somehow missing 536 trained levels (680-144) on intellect?

I will see if support can look into that. Sometimes it's best to simply the report to avoid overall confusion, as the actual training level wasn't what I thought you were questioning either. You wouldn't happen to have any screenshots saved from previous issues that showed your mount panel, would you?

Well I did say mount training level in my initial post, but that is the only screenshot I have as I had just noticed this. And I do recall it displaying at 680 before (have trained since then).

That's cause it does. The current level corresponds with the intellect 15k (not talking the 2nd green number). But whatever, I'm done with it cause it's obviously not going to be resolved by support. No surprise.

There isn't evidence of an issue since the math checks out, based on how you are explaining your issue. Perhaps you are mistaken on having trained intellect to 680. If you not mistaken, then your reasoning for why it is an issue is inaccurate. I am not even sure I fully understand what you're trying to convey at this point, to be honest.

The current level only corresponds with the 15k in that if you were to increase your mount level now to 145, you would see a +5 increase to your first green number, directly resulting in a +5 to your white stat. As you show in your screenshot, you are getting 14,234 intellect from your stables - that has nothing at all to do with your training level. The white number only increases by the amounts of the green numbers, like hitting total on a calculator.

The stats are more then just the LV of training you done.

In the pic below you can see str is +19283 and the LV is 1044
Under that the pic shows str is +19300 and the LV is still at 1044

What I did to change the starts without changing the LV is training my Nirvana Phoenix.

so it is possible for someone to have a low LV but higher stats.
