you give these away in luck exchange how do you use these willpower skill books I clicked on books takes me to my willpower skills but says I need 1000 skill books so doesn't work as intended

any kind soul enlighten us

My understanding is you have to use books of wisdom until both of the baseline eudaemon skills are level 8, then you can start using these to upgrade towards level 12.
